Remember that movie Summer School and how no one wanted to be there, including the teachers?! Well thats how I always felt about Summer school, so I have to admit that I felt a bit guilty about having my son go to school during his school break.

So in the end my son went to Summer school at Manoa Elementary and driving him there every day made me want to live in Manoa. As Jonn D wrote,Education Information. Summer school was only $127 (a total deal!) and I was very happy with his teacher. Hes struggled with reading comprehension and Im happy to report that hes progressed very well over the Summer. I think its going to make going into the first grade much less stressful for both of us. Thanks Tiger mother, you rule!
